There is nothing better than a delicious cup of hot cocoa or hot coffee each and every morning when I wake up and there is nothing better than a delicious homemade hot chocolate or a coffee topped with fresh frothy milk to add that extra special touch. These rare the reasons why I was super excited to give Capresso’s froth Control Milk Frother & Hot Chocolate Maker a try as it allows me to create rich, frothy, decadent hot cocoa using chocolate chips, chunks, syrup or powder all at the touch of a button. You can also prepare cafe quality frothed milk for rich cappuccinos, lattes and more which is simply awesome. With this amazing little unit you can be your homes personal barista which is pretty cool.
The Capresso froth Control is the first automatic milk frother with a special hot chocolate function that can accommodate chocolate chips and chunks to create frothy hot chocolate and more. The froth Control offers more versatility all with one-button operation and illuminated controls which look fabulous I have to say. You can choose between four settings from…. cold froth, hot froth, hot milk or hot chocolate.
There is no other countertop unit quite like it and it comes with two frothing disks and one heating disk which store perfectly in the bottom of the base. By using the various disks with the different settings, I can control and vary the milk texture for trendy flat whites, cappuccinos, lattes, hot cocoa and so much more. The removable see through pitcher with stay cool handle has a nice size capacity allowing me 10 ounces for frothing milk and 14 ounces for heating which is the perfect amount. I love that the pitcher is BPA free and dishwasher safe for everyday use as well.
The Capresso froth Control came with four delicious recipes to get me started plus there are more recipes available at capressoblog.com which is awesome as I know I will be using often. It makes it fun and easy for me to create my own custom recipes and specialty drinks at home and I will for sure be impressing my family and friends. I cannot wait to make some iced fruit lattes that I saw online….they will be refreshing and delicious for summer!

Iced fruit lattes???!!!! Who knew! This is an awesome little machine and I never would’ve thought about making hot chocolate in it. I’m more of a hot chocolate person than a latte drinker, but Iced fruit lattes?, I have to try one!!
