It is no secret to anyone that knows me that I have been on a health and wellness journey for about 2 years now after a serious health scare. It is also no secret that because of that health scare, I have changed the way that my family and I eat. This wonderful cookbook is packed full of the cooking basics plus 150 easy healthy recipes that will help me to up my flavor factor when creating delicious meals for my family.
Let me start off by telling you a bit about Holly Clegg and why I jumped at the chance to check out the trim&TERRIFIC KITCHEN 101 Cookbook. Holly Clegg has sold over 1.5 million cookbooks and she has become a culinary expert on easy, healthy and practical recipes which is right up my alley. Her Best-Selling trim&TERRIFIC Cookbook series are nationally recognized, including the more targeted health focused Eating Well cookbooks such as….
