Robyn Hodess is a lifelong creative with a passion for storytelling through art. For over thirty-five years, she has worked across all mediums, from graphic design and botanical illustration to painting and encaustic. While raising her three daughters—Erin, Hannah, and Sophie—as a stay-at-home mom, she infused creativity into everyday life, finding inspiration in the wonder and imagination of childhood. Now, she is bringing that same passion to the world of children’s books, crafting stories that spark curiosity, joy, and self-discovery.
Through her heartfelt narratives, she hopes to inspire young minds to embrace creativity and see the magic in the world around them. Robyn currently lives in Park City, Utah, with her husband, dog Huey, a house full of art supplies, and a heart full of stories waiting to be told.

MY REVIEW
I Am NOT Sophie! is a wonderful children’s book and the perfect book for kids ages 0 and up! This book is all about kids using their imagination and I enjoyed reading about each and every day just to see which animal Sophie would be that particular day. When Sophie wakes up each day and her mom comes in to greet her, her mom finds out that Sophie is pretending to be a different animal each day and Sohpie pretends to be that animal all day long. Sophie even tells her Mom good night at the end of each day as that particular animal. When her mom greets her in the morning as that particular animal the next day….. Sophie tells her mom she is a new animal that particular day. She does this each day and plays all day long pretending to be that animal and it is lots of fun for sure. By the weeks end…. Sophie tells her mom she is Sophie instead of any particular animal and her Mom tells her that she loves ALL of her….. her little Sophie. I just loved the beautiful message and the amazing illustrations too that will keep little ones entertained while reading this fun book. This one makes the perfect gift for any young readers on your gift giving list too!
