MY REVIEW
Do you love the ocean? Do you love Sea Turtles and Sea Stars? Well you have to check out Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Sea Star which is an amazing children’s book that tells the story of how a storm moves in on a beautiful night over the ocean and how the wind and rain whip through the trees all while the waves are crashing against the sandy beach. In the morning, once the storm clears, the beach is scattered with little Sea Stars that were washed up onto the beach because of the strong waves. The Sea Turtles notice the Sea Stars despair and set out to get help to get them back into the ocean. They get the help they need to get the Sea Stars back into the ocean with the help of birds, owls, dolphins, sea turtles and more. They find creative ways to get them back into their habitat and I love how happy the Sea Stars look once they get back into the ocean where they belong. This is a beautiful story and it makes the perfect addition to any child’s reading collection. I just love how it sheds light on the conservation of these majestic creatures too…… especially the Sea Turtles!
Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Sea Star is an adorable children’s book perfect for children ages 3 and up. I have to admit that I am obsessed with Sea Turtles after seeing them in person when living in Myrtle Beach SC so I was instantly drawn to this book. It’s a beautifully crafted book as the illustrations are so pretty and full of life plus I love how colorful the pictures are too. The best part is that this book is a blast to read due to the fact that it’s a rhyming story which have always been a favorite of mine since I was a child learning to read. That’s what makes this the perfect bedtime story too and I will be gifting this book to my niece as she loves the ocean and the amazing creatures that live deep within its blue waters. I can’t wait to hear her read it too as I know she’s going to love it.
