With Fall in full swing in the Northeast, I am all about creating comforting, delicious meals that not only satisfy the entire family, but that are also quick and easy to make and cleanup. I am also all about using the best ingredients to feed my family as their health and well-being is my number one priority. For these reasons I choose organic produce and look for meats raised with the ‘No Antibiotics Ever’ label, like those from Coleman Natural. Coleman Natural Polish Kielbasa is my go-to for a quick weeknight meal option as it is perfect at helping me to make yummy ‘good for you’ recipes that I can feel good about feeding my family, like the recipe I am sharing today for a Roasted Kielbasa & Veggies Sheet Pan Dinner.

First let me start by sharing why I choose and use Coleman Natural pork products. I love Coleman Natural not only because their yummy Coleman Natural Uncured Polish Kielbasa and other pork products taste delicious in my family recipes, but also because they have never, and will never use antibiotics in their all-natural pork and beef products. It is so important to look for meats that are raised the way nature intended – 100% crate free and with no added hormones or antibiotics. You can read and learn all about antibiotic resistance and the importance of purchasing meats with the ‘no antibiotics ever’ label in another post I did with Coleman Natural. It is a ‘must read’ because antibiotic resistance and superbugs are topics not discussed nearly enough! It needs to be as it affects all of us and is of the utmost importance to the health and wellbeing of future generations.

For my Roasted Kielbasa & Veggies Sheet Pan Dinner Recipe, the star of the recipe is for sure Coleman Natural Uncured Polish Kielbasa. It is just so good, and what I love most is that Coleman Natural’s all-natural pork products are sourced from family farmers that are American Humane Certified. Their Polish Kielbasa contains absolutely no artificial ingredients or preservatives, and it is a product I truly feel good about feeding my family.

Coleman Natural provides families with better-for-you options that do not break the bank. It can be expensive to feed your family better, but with Coleman Natural, you can enjoy delicious pork and beef products at a budget-friendly price. The best part is that you do not have to run to a specialty store to find Coleman Natural products. You can find them at your local grocery store – I pick up my Coleman Natural products at Big Y.

Roasted Kielbasa & Veggies Sheet Pan Dinner

A delicious and easy one pan dinner! It's a mix of delicious Coleman Natural Kielbasa, broccoli, sweet potatoes, potatoes, red onions and more all roasted together in a yummy honey garlic sauce that is everything!
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes
Course Main Course
Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 Coleman Natural Uncured Polish Kielbasa Sliced
  • 1 Sweet Potato ~ diced into cubes 1 large or 2 small sweet potatoes
  • 5 Baby Red Potatoes diced into cubes
  • 5 Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes diced into cubes
  • 2 Heads of Broccoli chopped
  • 1 Red Onion Quartered & Quatered again into small slices
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Garlic Honey Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 4 Cloved Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix together the Garlic Honey sauce first. Use a whisk to make sure sauce is mixed perfectly and then reserve and set aside 2 tablespoons to use at the end when serving.
  • Add sweet potatoes, baby red potatoes, baby Yukon Gold potatoes, and red onion to 2 sheet pans. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Kosher Salt & Pepper…. mix well using your hands or tongs and spread it all around. (I use 2 sheet pans so that I am able to spread the veggies out because they need room to properly roast. If they are packed too tight on the sheet pan… the veggies will steam rather than roast and what you want is the yummy goodness of the roasted potatoes and onions here.)
  • Next…add the sliced Kielbasa to the pan and brush with the garlic honey sauce mixture… making sure to reserve the 2 tablespoons of sauce needed for serving.
  • Bake the 2 sheets pans at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • While veggies and kielbasa are roasting, drizzle olive oil over the broccoli in a bowl and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands or tongs and set aside until sheet pans have finished roasting for 20 minutes.
  • Add Broccoli to the 2 sheet pans… spreading the broccoli out evenly between the 2 pans. Continue to bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until the broccoli is cooked nicely and has a nice green color.
  • Remove the sheet pans from the oven and drizzle the remaining sauce over everything! Serve and eat as is or add to some couscous by piling the roasted goodness right on top! Enjoy!

Notes

You can serve this meal as is, or I like to serve on a fresh batch of Couscous. It is delicious and hearty and the whole family will devour it! Enjoy!
