Perform Stylishly When Walking, Playing Tennis & More With Outfits From Dona Jo!

If you follow me regularly and visit this site often, then you know that my New Years resolutions for 2022 were to eat and live healthier and that includes not only eating cleaner and healthier but also includes being more active. I work from home, working on a computer and it is easy to be sedentary and not get as much exercise as I need on a daily basis. Well… that is until I found Dona Jo! Dona Jo makes adorable outfits perfect for motivating me to work out as there is no better motivation than a stylish new workout outfit. These outfits are so cute… you can not only wear them for walking, jogging, playing tennis, golf and more but you can even wear them to run to the store or go to lunch with the ladies. It is a stylish outfit that you can wear for anything that you choose and I will definitely be grabbing more pieces to wear each day that I am working out and active.

Let’s take a look at the pieces I got from Dona Jo….

This piece is the Shakira Skirt/Skort and it is so adorable. You feel feminine and fabulous in this piece and it is perfect for walking, jogging, playing, golf, tennis and running to the grocery store. It’s so fun, feminine and flattering and I absolutely love the ruffle back! It fits beautifully and is super comfy and I love that it has a hidden adjustable drawstring addition to the waistband to ensure you are comfortable when wearing it… no matter where you are going.

The Shakira Skirt is made with Light® 5-way stretch material and is breathable and form-fitted. It has a medium rise wide waistband for additional coverage which I appreciate and as mentioned above I also appreciate the adjustable drawstring built into the waistband. I love that Dona Jo designed this piece with flat seams for the ultimate on comfort and it also has deep side pockets on the interior of the shorts perfect for placing your cell phone or ID.

The next piece I fell in love with is the Dona Jo Match Tank in black…. to go with the Shakira Skort above. The Match tank is comfortable and functional for long tennis matches or to wear when working out or walking and I love that is offers UV 50+ protection.

Dona Jo used their signature fabric for the Match Tank and this fabric is produced with biodegradable nylon (6.6), a Brazilian pioneer technology in the world. This yarn has been enhanced to allow clothing to quickly decompose after disposal in landfills making this sustainable fashion at its finest. The breakdown that before took decades to occur in nylon (polyamide generic name) now 50% already happens in the first year and it is fully decomposed after three years. I think that is pretty cool and another reason to love Dona Jo!
