I was a little frustrated with the navigation on the site. The fountain link says its just for cats, but it looks like it would work just fine for dogs. My dog has a beard and gets all kinds of dirt and muck in his water. Having the UV light would be very beneficial for him.

I am so sorry you had issues and yes…. this fountain is perfect for dogs and cats. My little Chihauhua uses it too and on social media they have lots of dogs pictured with it too 😉
