Drink Water Properly

Water is necessary to our bodies. They can function properly only when they’ve got enough “fuel” in them. The habit of drinking water could be your lifesaver, especially in hot weather. So if you want to live a healthy lifestyle you should probably start drinking more water. Here are some tips that will help you.

First of all, start your day with a glass of water. Our bodies are a lot like cars: they won’t work properly if we start them too quickly. That’s why it’s so important to fill it with liquid to let it know it should start working before you have breakfast.

Drink Water Before Meals

Speaking of food, it’s important to drink water before each meal. Your stomach will thank you for that because it won’t have to produce so much acid and you’ll feel much better after you eat. As for food suggestions, I totally recommend trying lasagna roll ups. They’re very easy to cook, so why not try them right away? To start with, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Then put ground beef, olive oil, some onion and salt in a pan and cook on medium heat until brown. Pulse the meat in a food processor for 6 seconds. Put beef back into the pan and add tomatoes, garlic, basil, lemon juice, oregano and a little olive oil. Add seasoning and cook on low heat. While the meat’s cooking, boil noodles, drain them and put them in one layer on waxed paper. Stir together ricotta cheese, Romano cheese and mozzarella. Then spread your meat sauce on the bottom of each noodle, top with cheeses and put more sauce. Roll your noodles and put them on baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

In case you feel like eating something sweet, here’s a Swiss meringue buttercream recipe. Whisk egg whites with sugar and salt. Put your bowl over simmering water and continue whisking until it’s not grainy. Transfer the cream to a stand mixer and mix well. While the mixture’s running add dollops of butter, then add vanilla extract and transfer to a piping bag and use the cream!

Drink Water When Playing Sports & Working Out

Secondly, in case you’re a fan of sports… don’t forget to drink before and after your workout. It’s not just sports like football and rugby where staying hydrated is key. You may even realize that only bb guns has a large range of airsoft sniper rifles and that playing Airsoft games is the new sport you want to take up. Speaking of airsoft, a great and safer alternative to that are gel guns. Visit Gel Blaster to know more. Either way, you’ll be running around, which will require you to drink water to catch your breath. You might need several glasses of water to avoid dehydration. Water also protects you from a heat stroke and frostbite. And you’ll need water to replace fluids lost through perspiration or urination. Be attentive to your needs and don’t drink a lot of water too quickly.

Drink Water When You Are Under The Weather

Don’t forget to drink water when you’re ill because it’ll help you get better much quicker. Other fluids like tea, soup or juice also count but remember that they can’t replace water. As for the soup, I totally recommend you chicken vegetable soup. It’s very nutritious and healthy. Besides, it’s very filling and you’ll enjoy its warmth. So let’s get to cooking! Sauté onions, carrots and celery in butter, add garlic after 5 minutes and let cook for 1 more minute. Then add chicken, tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, chicken broth and potatoes to the pot and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes. You and stir in corn or green beans if you want. Cook for 5 more minutes and serve hot. Trust me, this fantastic soup will cure any cold!

Drink Water When You Are Tired

Sometimes you just feel tired. The reasons might be different but there’s one perfect solution: a glass of fresh pure water. Fatigue is the first signal of dehydration so you might feel tired just because you need to drink. It also can boost your concentration during boring meetings so you won’t yawn much. The same works if you have a tight deadline: caffeine is great but water can help you stay up as well with no harm to your body
