    I would love to make braised short ribs in this. I have had them before and they are delicious, but I’ve never made them myself.

      I would love to make soups, stews, and pulled pork in this. The color is beautiful. I’ve heard so many good things about anolon cookware! I would love to own some!

    I’ve been buying Anolon for year and have several pieces. The quality is unmatched. I do not have any cast iron pieces, and this pan is gorgeous. I’ld love to add it to my collection.
