  1. I definitely agree that having a comfortable mattress is very important, as well as a supportive pillow. I have the best mattress but was still tossing and turning because I am a side sleeper and my pillows were not supporting my neck/shoulders. I also like to sleep in a really cold room, I love cuddling up with my blankets.

    This is good information for people that do have trouble falling a sleep. Me fan on, right foot sticking out of the covers, TV on 5 minute shut off. And I am usually a sleep before TV goes off.
    My sister and mother hate me it takes them hours to go to sleep.
