Eat some Eggs

There are so many benefits to eating whole eggs. They are brilliant if you want to try and lose weight and studies have shown that if you choose to replace your grain-based breakfast with one that is egg-based, you will eat way less calories. If you don’t eat eggs then this is fine, but you do need to make sure that you are eating a source of good quality protein when cooking meals.

Drink Coffee

Coffee has been demonised over the years. Quality coffee is actually loaded with antioxidants and it can have numerous health benefits. Studies have shown that the caffeine that is present in coffee can boost your metabolism by over 11% and it can also increase the rate that you burn fat too. If you want to make sure that you are getting the best result out of your intake, then you need to make sure that you don’t add a ton of sugar or high-calorie products to your coffee. If you do then you may be undoing all of the benefits that coffee has to offer.

Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is a very popular eating pattern. Studies have shown that intermittent fasting is just as effective as restricting calories. It may also reduce the amount of muscle that you lose with low-calorie diets.

Green Tea

Another thing that you can try and do is consume more green tea. When you do, you will soon find that you get all of the benefits and a great taste. The best thing about green tea is that it contains a ton of antioxidants and it’s also full of vitamins. Green tea can also help you to burn more calories on a day to day basis and this can really work in your favour. If you are not quite sure if you like the taste of green tea then there are plenty of flavoured green tea products out there that you can try, and you would be surprised at how much it could help you with your weight loss regime.
