I chose Rastelli’s Antibiotic-Free Black Angus 8 Ounce Ribeye Steaks as my husband and I love that delicious cut of steak and Rastelli’s Ribeyes… lived up to the hype! I would honestly have expected these steaks to be much more expensive than they are as they are that delicious. Rastelli’s Ribeyes look delicious right? I sous vide these steaks and then just seared them in a cast iron grill pan real quick after seasoning them and they were absolutely delicious! I ate every bite and my entire family raved about how delicious and flavorful they were. This is for sure due to the fact that Rastelli’s Ribeyes are wet aged for 21 days, and then hand-trimmed and perfectly portioned to provide the perfect steak for any meal you want to whip up.
