My Savvy Review Of BellyCrush Yellow Pea Fiber Cookies

Deliciously Savvy received product and/or compensation in exchange for an honest and unbiased review and all opinions are 100% my own. Thank for stopping by and enjoy!

Last year I had a major health scare that led me to change the way that I live and eat and in turn I have lost 35 pounds. I still have another 10 to 20 pounds to go…. 20 being the most that I would like to lose which is why I have looked into ways to help me do just that….lose weight effectively. I simply want to be aware of the calories I am taking in each day as I believe in the basic science of CICO or calories in, calories out in combination with some light daily exercise. If I ensure that I am not taking in too many calories all while exercising on a daily basis…. I will achieve the weight loss that I am looking for which is why I was excited to give BellyCrush Yellow Pea Fiber Cookies a try as they are a clinically-proven weight management solution.

BellyCrush is the maker of Yellow Pea Fiber cookies that are high in fiber, which means they will help you to stay fuller longer. Plus, beyond just being high in fiber, yellow pea fiber is clinically proven to help with weight loss! They are the perfect way to assist in my own weight management all while being a high fiber snack that provides me with 30% of my daily fiber intake with each cookie. I tried both their Oatmeal Hemp and Ginger Flax Cookies and while both are equally delicious…. the Ginger Flax is for sure my favorite.

These delicious and tasty high fiber cookies can also be used as a healthy snack option. At under 200 calories each, they are the perfect on-the-go snack that helps to keep me from feeling hungry throughout the day, especially in between meals, which is a huge for me as I am a snacker in general. Oh and because each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed to stay fresh, they are perfect for taking on-the-go. I keep one in my purse at all times….just in case I may need it.

So what do you think of BellyCrush and their yummy line of yellow pea fiber cookies? Are you like me and looking to lose a few pounds without having to commit to a serious diet change for the New Year? These cookies will help to keep you full throughout the day and you will not be compromising on flavor as they are really tasty. They are a healthy cookie option that tastes good and anyone that knows me knows that I am picky so for me to say that they taste good….speaks volumes.

I haven’t had a chance to try BellyCrush cakes before, but I love fiber-rich foods. I like to eat a healthy snack because it is a much better option than sweets. When my craving for sugar catches me, this is a great way to avoid unhealthy foods and instead offer something much better to my organism.
