    Dropping the temp is SO important. Instead of keeping the house as cool as we want during the day, we economize and keep the AC off unless we are really suffering. However, at night we turn the temp to 72 and let it run – sleeping is much better (and never mind the positive effect on my woman-of-a-certain-age night sweats!).
