It has been common that most people in any given sport can and most likely will suffer some type of injury through the process. It can be a long process but you must stick with it to see results.

Similar to preventative care, pre-season screenings can help identify imbalance, overuse, or weakness. Once recognized, the preventative care can be steered more specifically towards those areas of weakness to help prevent further and more severe problems.
