The Many Reasons I Am Loving The CHANGEdesk from Uncaged Ergonomics! @UncagedErgo
I am so excited to share the CHANGEdesk from Uncaged Ergonomics with everyone that I know as it is the perfect Adjustable Height Standing Desk Converter that is super easy to use. The CHANGEdesk allows me to stand and sit as much as I would like, throughout my work day. This is the perfect item for anyone that works at a desk as we all know that constantly sitting throughout the day is simply unhealthy and downright uncomfortable at times. I much prefer standing as it simply feels fabulous to stand while I work rather than always having to sit plus you are actually burning calories without even realizing it!

As you can see this is super easy to use and set up was a breeze. It is pretty much assembled minus the front shelf for the keyboard and mouse. That was pretty easy to add on and once we did… it was ready to go. I simply added the CHANGEdesk to my desk, put my New best monitor for macbook pro 2020 on top, added my keyboard and mouse and used the lever to lift it so that I can work standing. I am actually standing now while I am creating this post to share with you all and I love it.
I read that standing for 4 hours out of an 8 hour day every day that you work for a month… burns the calories of a marathon! Just standing! What a difference that makes and I am going to look into a balance board next that I can use while standing to help with burning even more calories. My New Years resolution will be to work out regularly… so doing that plus standing while I work is a plus for sure.

Definitely need that in my world! I’m in front of a computer at least ten hours a day, and all the sitting is getting to me. Love that I can mix it up and give myself the opportunity to stand while working.

I think this would be a great option for me. I’ve been looking for something like this so I can stand and work. My back goes on shutdown when I’m sitting due to failed back surgery.
