It is no secret at all, to anyone that knows me that I love all things kitchen related. I love cooking and creating recipes and I love trying and using all of the latest gadgets and accessories that you will need to make delicious one of a kind recipes. I also love items that not only make my job easier in the kitchen but also that make my presentation look amazing. This is important to me when I have friends and family over for a meal as I love the food to look as good as it tastes. For this very reason I was so excited to try out my new Planches Labell Board. I chose a pizza board that can also be used for serving crackers and cheese, fruits and dips….. and pretty much anything that you can imagine. It is fabulous for serving slices of pizza on as well as being amazingly useful at getting my latest pizza creations in and out of the oven. I love a super crispy crust… so this is perfect for getting my pizzas directly into the oven on my pizza stone and it makes it so easy to get my masterpiece in and out of the oven with ease.

I have to point out and stress to you how strong and durable Planches Labell Boards are. They are extremely well made and with proper care will last for years and years to come. The boards are made from 100% premium Canadian maple hardwood and are simple to maintain occasionally with a bit of mineral oil. Planches Labell also carries maintenance and care items for their boards on their website which I always find extremely helpful. As far as cleaning daily when you use your board….. it is super easy to clean. Just use a bit of warm water and soap to wash and then simply hand dry. I love that their wood cutting boards are naturally antibacterial, eco-friendly and non-toxic as keeping my family safe and healthy is always important to me.
