My Savvy Review Of Burgers’ Smokehouse Sauced Baby Back Pork Ribs PLUS A Giveaway!

If you visit Deliciously Savvy often then you know that I am a foodie at heart. I love all aspects of being a foodie… from trying and creating various delicious dishes for my family to trying out the newest in kitchen gadgets and more. My love of food is why I jumped at the chance to work with Burgers’ Smokehouse to give their Sauced Baby Back Pork Ribs a try. There are so many reasons at jumped to try their yummy sauced ribs and it starts with their story. Since 1927, Burgers’ Smokehouse has been smoking & curing meats still using Grandma Hulda’s method of hand-preparing and slow-curing meats. They use a dry-cured process which uses a mixture of salt, pepper and brown sugar and they hand-rub it onto the meat and let it age on Missouri time using the same methods that E. M Burger once did. They also provide premium food products to retailers, chefs and you the customer throughout the state of Missouri and the United States of America and they have invested in their packaging to provide efficiency and value to its customers. I also have to stress that I love that Burgers’ Smokehouse is family owned and that all of their delicious foods and products are Made right here in the USA.

I love that these Burgers’ Smokehouse Sauced Baby Back Ribs are part of Burgers’ Smokehouses HOMEMADE IN A HURRY® items. They are loaded with flavor and made to be amazingly and deliciously convenient. Burgers’ Smokehouse ribs are made from the highest in quality baby back pork ribs. These ribs have been hand cured and aged for flavor and are beefier after being slowly smoked over real hickory wood chips for a flavor that can only come from experience and patience. The best part is that after smoking and fully cooking the ribs, the folks at Burgers’ Smokehouse baste the ribs with a K.C. Style BBQ Sauce and then individually vacuum seals them to guarantee safe arrival to their destination. About HPP

HPP: WHAT IS IT?

HPP is cold pasteurization in pure water; it uses ultra-high pressure purified water to keep food and beverages pathogen-free and to stay fresh longer. Food and beverages are subjected 87,000 lbs. of pressure per sq. inch –– the same amount of pressure as six times the deepest part of the ocean. At this very high pressure pathogens are destroyed, but food’s taste, texture and nutritional value is preserved.

About Avure /JBT Technologies

We are JBT/Avure Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of high pressure processing (HPP) systems. As Avure Technologies, we proudly joined the JBT family (NYSE: JBT) in 2017. JBT/Avure Technologies pioneered the first commercial high pressure processing system back in the 1960s. Our HPP food processing machines offer the highest output, lowest operating costs and greatest reliability for food producers and manufacturers. We also introduced the world’s first expandable HPP machine with annual outputs from 40 to 70M lbs.
