  1. These are fantastic tips, thank you so much for sharing! Drinking a lot of water really helps me. I have also pretty much not been wearing makeup for the past 10 years (except maybe 1 or 2 times a year) so it’s good to hear that this is a good thing for my skin. One thing that I wasn’t very smart about in my younger years was SPF, I remember always forgoing it so I could get extra crispy and tan (so dumb). I regret this and now always wear it (and make my kids as well).
