Inspire & Promote The Strong Women Mindset with FerrisBuilt Apparel & Gifts

With Mother’s Day around the corner, I am on the hunt for the perfect gifts for mom as I have several women in my life that deserve some extra love at this time of the year, especially after all of the crazy we have all been through due to the lockdowns and more. A bit about FerrisBuilt and why I jumped at the chance to collaborate with them. FerrisBuilt was started in Seattle, WA by Lindsey…. founder of FerrisBuilt and single mom of 2 beautiful identical twin daughters. She lost her company of 12 years due to Covid in the Spring of 2020 (an event production company) and had to figure out a way to pivot and make a living when the industry she had worked with for 25+ years was shut down. She had herself and  two daughters to provide for which is why she decided to pursue her creative side in July 2020 and see if she could make a go of her wood art and apparel designs that she had been doing as a side hustle for years. It seemed like the perfect time and hence…. FerrisBuilt was born. Lindsey’s apparel and gifts are a way to express the things that she feels strongly about with topics such as mental health, self-care, inspiring women and current events. She also has a one of a kind wood wall art that she creates out of her wood shop in Seattle, Washington and this is a part of her own self-care practice which I love.

Be Kind to Your Mind – Unisex Sweatshirt

The FerrisBuilt Be Kind To Your Mind Sweatshirt is a fabulous piece. This sweatshirt comes in an array of colors to choose from and the sweatshirt itself is super comfy and soft. I also like that it is a large size cut as I like my sweatshirts roomy and comfortable so that you can layer it up and more. I did choose this design in the white color as it looks crisp with jeans and the logo & message is displayed beautifully on it.

I also love that the sweatshirt itself is designed to have a vintage distressed look and the oversized roomy cut looks amazing. The Be Kind To Your Mind sweatshirt is made of a 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester that washes and wears beautifully. I have personally washed my sweatshirt a few times and it washes nicely with no pilling or anything going on with the fabric. I also have to point out that every piece that  FerrisBuilt makes …. is made to order. Inhale – Exhale – Unisex Tee

The FerrisBuilt Inhale-Exhale Tee is everything! I have to say I am loving the cut of their tee’s as I totally love the way this T-shirt fits me. It is super comfy and soft too and as with the sweatshirt…. the fabric is beautifully crafted as this piece washes beautifully with no pilling or anything. Actually I am super impressed with how soft the Tee is.

This unisex tee fits like a well-loved  favorite. FerrisBuilt picked the best tee manufacturers to use for their tees and they are made to be breathable, soft and durable for years to come. These Tees are made with 100% cotton with the exception of the color Ash which is 99% cotton and 1% Poly, the Athletic Heather color which is 90% cotton and 10% poly and all other Heather colors are 52% cotton and 48% poly. As with the Be Kind To Your Mind Sweatshirt above…. all FerrisBuilt orders are printed and created to order.

Positive Vibes – Unisex Sweatshirt

The Positive Vibes Only Crew Neck Sweatshirt is one I picked for my daughter as I knew she would love the message. She is all about positive vibeS and this is the perfect reminder too. This sweatshirt I picked for her in Black but it is available in an array fo colors to choose from as are all fo the products at FerrisBuilt.

This adorable sweatshirt is cut to be roomy which my daughter and I love and it is a 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester which ensure the longest I it’s of the piece and helps to prevent pilling. This adorable piece is made to order as are all FerrisBuilt products.
