With the New Year in full swing now, my family and I have been sticking to our New Years Resolutions of eating healthier and drinking more water each and every day. This is why I am excited to share my favorite reusable water bottles from Zak Designs as they help me and my family to stick to our New Years Resolution of drinking 8, 8ounce glasses a day. The best part is that my family and I are doing our part to help save the planet by using our reusable water bottles instead of purchasing bottled water. Let’s face it…we do not need to add any more plastic to our already overflowing landfills which is why my family and I are doing our part by using the wonderful Zak Designs Genesis Water Bottles that I received for review. Let’s take a look at why my family and I are loving these wonderful water bottles and why everyone needs them in their water bottle arsenal.

Zak Designs Genesis Durable Tritan Water Bottle with 2-In-1 Lid and Portable Carry Strap

The Zak Designs 32oz Genesis Durable Tritan Water Bottle with 2-in-1 Lid & Carry Strap is the perfect water bottle for me when doing pretty much anything. I have this by my desk when I am working, I take it with me on the go running errands, and it is perfection for going on long walks, bike rides or hiking trips. The design of this bottle is perfect as it holds 32 ounces of water which is half of my daily intake requirement since setting my New Years Resolution of drinking 8, 8 ounce glasses of water a day or 64 ounces total. It seems like a lot when you start drinking this much every day but it is an amazing thing as I am energized, not feeling hungry throughout the day plus my skin is thankful as I am super hydrated and healthy.

I love the 2-in-1 lid that my Zak Genesis water bottle comes with too. This multi-functional lid is everything to me as it allows me to change how I drink instantly! I can simply unscrew the cap and chug for maximum water intake which is perfect for when working out, or I can close that cap and open the spout to sip from the straw that is built into the lid. Simply press the button and the plastic cover pops up to allow you to drink with the straw. The best part is that this design is leak free so I never have to worry about a leaky water bottle. This thing goes with me everywhere and I am actually going to be picking up a few more as my family and I are fighting over them.

Zak Designs Genesis 24 ounce Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Tumbler in Indigo

The Zak Designs Genesis 24oz Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Tumbler is my husbands favorite water bottle as he uses it for work and it keeps his water nice and cold for 24 hours.  This insulated water bottle is made of durable stainless steel and constructed with a double wall insulation to help keep beverages cold and the material is BPA-free and food grade quality which is important to me. I also love how Zak Designs creates their products with grooves molded into the sides of the bottle making it easy and super comfy to hold when drinking.

This wonderful water bottle comes with the same ingenious 2-in-1 lid that allows you to sip from the straw or simply chug as much water as you want. I norm ally use the straw but when I am hiking, bike riding or working out… I use the chug feature which is pretty awesome. This bottle and lid design is leak-roof and the push-button lid allows for easy one handed operation which is perfect for using when driving a car or riding a bike. Add to that the built in carrying strap on the lid that makes it super easy to carry your favorite beverage while on the go and the leak proof design works so that you can literally toss it into your bag, gym bag, back pack and more without ever having to worry about the bottle leaking.

I only buy Zak water bottles for my kids for school, because they don’t leak like other bottles. I also love their cute kids bottle designs. I love this bottle for myself because of the sip and chug feature. I also love the big 32 oz size for when I’m working out!
