I love the idea of a double burner sheet pan as I often have to cook in batches due to lack of space in my regular pan. I’m wondering if this will work on an induction hob?

I had a griddle for my stove top but it was pretty small. I haven’t used it in a very long time. I like that I can cook more food on this type of griddle. I’d be interested in trying to do steaks or pork chops.
