Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots

Delicious Roasted Carrots Baked In A Delicious Honey Garlic Sauce!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Huckle Bee Farms Garlic Infused Honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Peel carrots and cut the carrots into 1 and a half inch to 2 inch pieces, depending on the thickness of the carrots. Cut on the diagonal for a nice look.
  • Put carrots in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, honey, minced garlic, and salt and pepper. Toss everything together and then dump onto a lined baking sheets and spread out evenly.
  • Place the pan in the oven to roast for about 40 to 45 minutes. I keep an eye out at the end to get my desired doneness.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and just use a spatula tp toss them all around the pan again to pick up everthing on the pan. It's all delicious flavor!
  • Plate carrots and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired as a garnish. Enjoy!
