Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
Lightly spray or grease your baked doughnut pan.
In a medium bowl, you want to whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large size mixing bowl you will beat together the butter and sugar until creamy. This takes about 2-3 minutes.
Next Beat in the vanilla bean seeds, egg, and vanilla extract until incorporated and then add the milk.
Add the dry ingredients a little at a time into the large mixing bowl with the wet ingredients. Continue this process until all dry ingredients are mixed into the wet ingredients and you have a nice batter.
Next.... spoon the batter into a pastry bag and then pipe the batter into each doughnut cavity, being careful not to fill it too full.
Bake the donuts 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool them for 5 minutes and then remove the donuts from the pan and allow them to cool on a cooling rack
