Sick Of Coffee In The Mornings? Here Are Some Drinks To Try Instead

Do you ever have those days when coffee just isn’t quite hitting the spot as usual? Or maybe you’ve had quite a few of those days at this point, and you’re starting to hate the taste of your coffee too? It could even be that your body seems to be rejecting your morning cuppa, and even just looking at the coffee jar makes you feel a bit nauseous.

No matter what it is that’s going on, you’re not quite loving coffee as much as you used to! And when that happens, you’re going to want to swap it out for something else that’s good to drink in the mornings. Here are just a few suggestions you can take a sip of to see if they’re right for you.

Mushroom Coffee

OK, so we know this is actually just another type of coffee, but hear us out! When it comes to coffee varieties, trying out a coffee grind that’s been mixed in and made with mushrooms might just be the kickstart your days are looking for.

After all, when you’re sipping on functional mushrooms and soaking up their nutrients first thing, you’re likely to have a lot more energy for the rest of the day!

Indeed, a mushroom roast packs a lot of benefits into one cup, and you can choose from the best mushroom coffee for energy or one that boosts your cognitive abilities and helps you to think a bit clearer. Either way, you’re going to feel like you can do more with your day!

Herbal Tea

A herbal tea is usually packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and kinds of good stuff that help the caffeine present in the tea to mix into your body a bit better.

And coffee just doesn’t tend to have any of that! As such, swapping a coffee roast out for a herbal tea packet could do you the world of good right now.

Plus, there are quite a few different herbal teas you can try out here, so why not take one per week and see how it makes you feel?

Green tea on week one, chai tai on week two, peppermint tea on week three, etc., until you feel like you’ve found the right tea (or mix of teas) to enjoy in the morning.

Flavored Water

Water is quite possibly the number one thing to drink, and not just in the mornings either. If you’ve got some water to sip, your body is going to thank you!

But seeing as water is so plain and sometimes a bit difficult to swallow down without a grimace, it doesn’t tend to be the first thing we reach for when we’ve woken up.

However, if you add some flavoring to your water, it’s going to become all the more lovely to sip on as soon as you get out of bed.

If you’re getting sick of coffee in the mornings, there are plenty of other drinks that’ll give you the same kick!
