Shadow and Chewy!!! Shadow is a bit younger in these pics. He is a lot larger than Chewy now!

Let me tell you a little about Shadow and Chewy. Chewy was a rescue dog, that I got from a customer that shopped in the store that I managed at the time. She had him with her while she was shopping. He was just sitting in her shoulder bag because he was so tiny! The smallest, little, frail thing ever and before you knew it, she and I were discussing his future….with me possibly!?!? I had no intentions of getting a pet but seriously, I just melted for him! So here he is three and a half years later and he is as happy and content as can be, and very loved.

Then Shadow came along. Oh Shadow……I have an extreme soft spot for Shadow…….. he is super special to me. First, he is just gorgeous!!! Look at the pics……..maybe I am biased to some degree, but he is a handsome devil 🙂 So a little about Shadow………. Shadow was a kitten I rescued from my best friend. We were coming home from a conference at work and she had told me about a couple of kittens they had found in their backyard and that they were the right age to be adopted. Now, I said that I would take a look but I really had no desire to adopt one and as far as I knew, I was not taking one home. That was until I held little Shadow for the first time. I swear he just sat right in my hands and stared at me forever……I just fell in love with him. I had looked at each of his brothers and sisters, but I just clicked with Shadow. I brought him home and the rest is history!!! Take a look at the pics. These are my favorite little guys ever! They are amazingly loveable and they are a huge part of our family!!!
