It is no secret to anyone that knows me that I love educational games that are a blast to play and that allow you to learn while having some fun with friends and family. I am also a huge lover of the great outdoors and nature in general, so finding a game that will allow me to love and appreciate this diverse and beautiful planet that we live on, all while playing a fun game is the reason I jumped at the chance to work with Montrose Biology. Montrose Biology are the makers of the Ecologies Card Game which is Gameplay Inspired By nature and in this game you will find cards that provide beautiful vintage artwork will while allowing players to use science to build food webs in 7 unique biomes. I have always been a science geek so this card game is right up my alley and this is fun, educational play for the entire family.

The Ecologies Card Game is the first in the series and these cards are beautiful works of art that you will enjoy playing and looking at. Montrose Biology does not stop at The Ecologies Card Game as they have added two different expansion sets. You can add to the game with these new packs and they are simply the perfect addition to the game play and honestly I want them all. You can choose from Ecologies: Bizarre Biomes &/Or Ecologies: Hidden Habitats, both of which are sequels to the original Ecologies Card Game and that help to expand the original card game for more educational play.

I am also in love with the beautiful organizer that Montrose Biology created for the Ecologies Card Game. It’s their Faux Book Box Card Game Organizer and it has a hidden magnetic closure and internal dividers for storage. I love this and will be picking this up as it is the perfect way to keep all of the Ecologies games organized and all in one safe place.

For lovers of outdoors and nature… Montrose Biology also made a fabulous puzzle which I will be picking up too. It is a 1000 piece puzzle that features a highly detailed marine “Hidden Habitat” that is made in the same vintage art design as the stunningly beautiful Ecologies card Game. My daughter is obsessed with puzzles and she will go wild for this one. It is so pretty.
