Spring is finally here and with that comes warmer temperatures, sunshine and all that comes with it. I absolutely love to work and take care of my yard in the summer and cannot wait to get some fresh flowers planted and growing. My absolute favorite thing about this time of year is that I love to cook outdoors as much as I possibly can and having a great outdoor cooking unit is a must have. I have been blown away with all that I can make and all at the same time with delicious results every time. Now I want to explain how much I love this thing! Seriously…. I am so addicted to using this now and cannot wait to hang with friends and family this summer and use this all of the time. To be honest…. I would use this most of the year…weather permitting. This griddle cooks so much better for me than a traditional grill. The biggest thing for me is that there are no flare ups when using this extra large cooking surface. The Blackstone Products 36″ Outdoor Griddle provides 720sq inches of cooking space and is perfect for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a professional grade solid steel griddle that is designed for consistent and even temperature across the griddle surface and there are controllable heat zones that ensure your cooking experience is amazing. There are 4 independently controlled 15,000 BTU stainless steel burners that provide a total of 60,000 BTUs controlled low to high for tons of versatile cooking options. You simply need a 20lb tank of propane to get this bad boy up and running.

I also love the quality of Blackstone Products 36″ Outdoor Griddle. The griddle is built to last with a powder coated black steel frame, stainless steel burners and a thick cold rolled steel cooktop. This is amazingly simple to clean as well which is a huge plus in my book. My husband is loving the fact that this unit transports around easily when needed. You can simply wheel it around your yard or you can take it with you camping thanks to the removable griddle cooktop. You can simply fold up the legs and the four industrial strength caster wheels and take it with you anywhere. It is awesome! With this unit you can replace your grill or BBQ and never regret it! This griddle is simple to use and easy to assemble. If I can do it….anyone can. This griddle includes an easy start, battery operated push button ignition…. and with the simple push of a button your Blackstone Products 36″ Outdoor Griddle will be heated and ready to go.

It was all delicious and I have to say the eggs were the best I have made in forever. My pans in the house do not perform like this Blackstone Products outdoor griddle when it comes to cooking eggs. I did scrambles, sunny side up, and fried eggs all at once. Oh… and no sticking! Flipping was a breeze with the fabulous tools that Blackstone carries. I also have their Griddle Accessory Kit which comes with 2 commercial grade dispensers for liquids of your choice…. perfect for water to steam and oil to season the griddle top. You also receive 2 commercial grade spatulas… one is perforated. There is a handy chopper/scraper which you can use to dice foods and to also scrape your griddle clean. They even throw in a Blackstone cookbook sampler with a few of their most popular recipes to try. You can see my breakfast pictures and my fajitas that I made in the pics above. The meals were cooked on different occasions and I felt like a pro in the kitchen using this amazing griddle. I highly recommend for any outdoor cook!
