MY REVIEW

I absolutely love A New Friend For Dragon from Bianca Shulze. The illustrations and story are everything and this is the perfect book to add to any childs reading collection as it is a story about friendship and acceptance. In comes Sir Fiero and Dragon. Sir Fiero is the new knight in town and Dragon is a friendly dragon that loves hanging and playing with his friends…..esepcially playing Hide & Seek. Sir Fiero is old fashioned in that he thinks dragons and knights cannot be friends…. so he does not want to play Hide & Seek when invited …. that is until The Princess decides that she wants to play. After a round if Hide & Seek in which The Princess finds Sir Fiero first and Dragon last… for the second round of Hide & Seek Sir Fiero decides to find that perfect spot where Dragon cannot find him in the Tower. After being accidentally locked in the tower and then found by his new friends…. Sir Fiero realizes that he very much can be friends with Dragon.

A New Friend For Dragon is designed for ages 3 and up and it is a fun story to read too. I love that this is a story that encourages interaction thoughout as it truly makes this a special and super fun read for the kiddos. My niece absolutely loves this beautifully illustrated book and Biancs Schulz along with her illustrator Samara Hardy have outdone themselves with this beautiful childrens book for sure. I will be picking up all of the books in the Dragon Book collection as a gift for my niece too as she loves this one so much!
