How Do I Take My CBD Oil Tincture?

One of the most popular CBD products available is arguably the CBD oil tincture, which you can get on sites like Wild Hemp if you are looking to relieve any pains or manage the symptoms of any conditions you may be suffering with. Overall, they are great for everyone in the CBD industry, regardless of their level of experience. That being said, it can be quite helpful to have a couple of tips if it is your first time using the substance. Have you just purchased your own cbd tincture and want to know how to best administer it? If so, take a look at some of the easy-to-follow steps listed below.

Make sure your oil is mixed well

CBD oil is often made out of full-spectrum cannabidiol as well as other ingredients such as flavoring to make sure that you get the best experience as soon as you start using the product. This is why it is important to make sure that all the ingredients are mixed well so that you don’t get too much of one ingredient and not enough of the others when you administer the CBD oil. These products are typically small, so you don’t have to worry about hassling with them often. Just shake them well for a couple of seconds and you will be ready to go!

Measure out your oil and take sublingually (or with treats!)

For most CBD tincture oils such as 100 cbd oil, the best way to take it is to use it sublingually, which means to place it under the tongue. Once you have determined how many milligrams of CBD are in each milliliter of fluid and exactly how many milliliters your dropper can hold, suction up the desired amount of fluid and put it under your tongue. Rather than swallowing, hold it there for a period of around 30 seconds to 60 seconds so that the substance can be properly absorbed into the mouth and into the bloodstream.

If you are not too fond of the taste of your oil, you may also add it to different foods to experience similar effects. CBD edibles are a very popular product as well so doing this is not uncommon. However, it should be noted that you may not experience the same level of benefits from mixing your CBD with food as it is absorbed through the digestive system rather than directly into the bloodstream via the mouth. This makes for a slower absorption process that isn’t recommended for those who need instant benefits.

Experiment and take more as needed

Plenty of places on the internet provide you with certain guidelines that help you determine where you should be starting out as far as your first dose of CBD Oil. However, these guidelines are just a starting point. Depending on a variety of different factors, you will find that CBD may not affect you using the same dose as others and you may need to lower or increase your dose as well as the number of times you take it daily to feel the desired effects. Make sure to experiment with doses to see what works best for you.

These three simple steps will make sure that you get the most out of your CBD tincture oils each time you use them, whether you choose to take them traditionally or use them as an addition to some of your favorite foods.
