With this set you receive 3 pieces: The adjustable slicing mold, the 12″ baker’s knife, and the 11″ cake lifter. Using this kit makes slicing uniform layers a “piece of cake”! You can slice up to 8 layers in total with this mold… but you only have to use 2 or 4 layers if desired… actually any amount you need (up to 8). It is really easy to work with and a fabulous tool to add to my culinary tool collection.
