I am in love with the Sabatier Forged Stainless Steel 8″ Chef’s Knife with the EdgeKeeper Self-Sharpening Sheath. This is a must have knife for every kitchen. This knife is perfectly sized and provides amazing results. I love the protective sheath that comes with the knife as it has a built in sharpener so that your knife is safe while stored and always amazingly sharp. We all know that a super sharp Chef’s Knife is a must as it assists in making every slicing and chopping job a breeze. Plus the 8 inch blade is the perfect size….. not too big and not too small and it can definitely handle any task that you throw at it.

I have to state that these are super easy to hold and use and are amazingly made for years and years of amazing use. These knives are not dishwasher safe and you should just wash and dry by hand. I always hand wash my knives and most of my cookware as I prefer keeping them perfect so that they will last.
