It is no secret that I love food…. and that I love all types of food which is why I was excited to share this delicious recipe using Nasoya® Thai Basil Vegetable Dumplings which makes for the perfect lunch that is super easy and convenient to make. If you are like me and looking to eat healthier and cleaner than ever then these delicious Nasoya Thai Basil Vegetable Dumplings are a delicious and smart choice.  While shopping this past week I saw these delicious looking dumplings from Nasoya and knew that I had to try them as I have tried other plant based meal options from Nasoya before that I enjoyed. Nasoya has two delicious varities of dumplings to choose from…. the Thai Basil Vegetable Dumplings and the Nasoya Organic Tofu Vegetable Dumplings. I am using the first for my recipe but you can use either variety as they are equally delicious.

Satisfying Vegetable Dumplings with Tasty Dipping Sauce

Instructions
  1. Pan Fry: Heat the skillet on medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons oil.
  2. Add the dumplings making sure there is oil under the dumpling to keep it from sticking during cooking. Pan fry for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover to steam for 2 to 3 minutes until the water evaporates.
  4. transfer from skillet to plate. Sprinkle and garnish as you choose and serve with the dipping sauce recipe below.
  5. For the Vinegar Dipping Sauce, mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, green onion, sesame oil and chili flakes and then drizzle over top or serve on the side to dip them in. Simply yummy.
Recipe Notes

This is the perfect recipe for an appetizer, snack, lunch, dinner.... well heck... anytime! You can also boil or steam the dumplings as an option to pan frying but I find that pan frying is the best cooking method for the tastiest results.
