Seaspice’s Shrimp Linguini
Instructions
  1. Get 1 large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Meanwhile, Add 2oz oil to pan and sear shrimp on both sides and remove from pan.
  3. Add 2oz olive oil, garlic, shallot, tomato, red pepper, and lemon zest. Lightly sauté until translucent.
  4. Deglaze with white wine and let reduce by half.
  5. Add stock and let reduce by half. Add salt and pepper
  6. Drop pasta in water for 3 minutes (11 if using dry pasta)
  7. Add butter then shrimp back to the sauce.
  8. Add pasta, lemon juice, and cheese.
  9. Twirling pasta in the bowl, add any excess shrimp and sauce.
  10. Garnish with Chives, fresh squeeze of lemon juice, and salmon roe.
