Fill a large stockpot with water and add salt. Heat the pot on high until water comes to a boil.
In the meantime, add the olive oil to a large deep skillet and heat on medium high.
Once oil is shimmering add the sweet Italian Sausage. Remove the casing so that you are able to crumble it while cooking.
Cook until sausage is cooked through and a bit crispy. That is how I like it, but you can cook however you prefer.
Add 1 jar of Cucina Antica Puttanesca Cooking Sauce to the sausage and add a splash of water as well. Cook until well combined.
Once your stockpot of water comes to a rolling boil, add your fresh Pappardelle Pasta to the pot of boiling water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes depending on how you like it. 3 minutes was perfect for me and the pasta was perfectly al dente.
Drain the pasta once cooked and add to the skillet with the sausage and sauce and using tongs simply incorporate the pasta into the sauce so that the pasta is enveloped with the delicious goodness of that delicious sauce.
Plate and sprinkle with cheese and some fresh parsley! Enjoy!
