Daniel Mancini of Mama Mancini’s Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
  1. Add the butter and cheese to the skillet on a low heat to melt.
  2. Add the salt and pepper.
  3. Add the heavy cream.
  4. Bring to a low boil stir all these to combined and turn off the heat.
  5. Cook your pasta 2-min short of recommended time.
  6. Put the heat to medium on the sauce and add the pasta to the sauce and fold it into the sauce for two minutes.
