And Now My Delicious Recipe!

hero1I originally made this for spaghetti… and it was delicious! It was sooooo good I did not even get a photo in!  I used the leftovers to make these delicious Meatball Hero’s and let me tell you… the homemade sauce I made using this fabulous machine… is better every time you eat it! I was in a pinch for time… so I did not do a HUGE batch… although 7 people ate the spaghetti and meatballs and we had leftovers for the hero’s…. so it was a lot. I am going to have to do a double or triple batch to can for future use next time. I cannot stress enough that I loved loved loved this machine!
