My Savvy Review Of The NEGG™ ~ The World’s Greatest Boiled Egg Peeler @NeggMaker

I am in love with The Negg! This is hands down one of my favorite items in my kitchen. My husband loves egg salad sandwiches and I love making Deviled Eggs and this little tool makes the peeling process an absolute breeze and the end result is easy to peel eggs that look like perfection. This is so important for me when I am making Deviled Eggs or even sliced boiled egg for my Chef’s Salads. Before using The Negg, sometimes the shells would stick to my eggs and they would just look horrible…. and they were definitely not something that I would want to put out for everyone to eat. I must admit that I like my food to look as good as it tastes and this amazing little gadget makes that super easy to do when preparing recipes using boiled eggs. You will absolutely love this and I highly recommend it.

I can peel a dozen eggs in less than five minutes with this. Eggs at least 2 or 3 days old, water and eggs in pot bring to a rolling boil. Turn off heat, cover for 20 minutes. Drain add, cold water, drain…….. shake the pot side to side. You will see egg starting to crack/shells break off. Keep shaking most of the eggs will just slide out of the shell.
